The staff at service department's front desk need to be trained how to follow up and update customers about their order. I ordered a part 45 days ago and just got yesterday !!!! nobody followed up or updated me about my oredr status or why it was delayed until I made a trip yesterday to their location and asked about it!!!!

After years of driving different Volkswagens it was time for my very first brand new one. I have mixed feeling about my experience. My sales person was not knowledgeable. He gave me lots of wrong information. On the other hand the manager honored what was promised. So I wouldn’t deal with the sales guy until he is well trained. He pretended to know the information and I almost didn’t Buy my car because of that.
