Hi. This service visit was to have a windshield replaced. There was a wait of several months for the new windshield ( a supply chain issue, one assumes) and then a communication issue about when it arrived. This was not a crisis but the did result in a delay. I am very happy with the new windshield and the speed and service on the day of the repair.

Oil change completed. Service dept informed me what was happening and what parts my car requires and looked after my needs. Service completed on time and everyone is so friendly

Online shows 10 or more cars available to buy new , called they said not available and salesman was so rude told me to buy from local dealership instead of buying from them

Good morning Manpreet, incoming stock that has been preordered by customers shows in our inventory until the deal has finalized. We are trying to find a work around for that as we are aware it can be confusing. In regards to your second comment, the salesperson you refer to wasn't trying to be rude but was iterating Toyota policy that we are not allowed to sell out of our specified zone due to limited vehicle allocations. We sincerely apologize for any concern this has caused.

-trustworthy -could always be cheaper...not cheap in quality but cheap in price -could always be faster...but I also want the work done right
