We were very weary of dealerships. We went on line and searched the dealerships with the best reviews. These reviews did not let us down. From the moment we walked into Jackson’s Toyota in the showroom, we were treated with respect, smiles and old fashion customer service. Our sales rep Justin was wonderful. He was upfront, honest and understanding. He showed us exactly how the pricing was calculated how my trade in amount effected the price and all in detail with no hidden calculations. Everything in black and white. He listen to exactly what we wanted and made it happen. We only needed to see one vehicle and he found EXACTLY everything we wanted and in our price range. He was patient, calm and really listened! No fake smiles or condescending innuendos as I have experienced with other sales reps in different dealerships being a female looking for a car. Usually they talk to my husband and I am on the side line. Not here, I was treated as an equal and was treated with respect. When we picked out our vehicle and was directed to Megan. OMG, The positive experience was escalated to pure professionalism and true pure kindness. Megan with the kindest eyes and warm smile was more than helpful. I am awestruck with Jackson’s Toyota. I don’t know who is hiring in their HR but they pick the best employees. Being a customer service representative myself for 30 years, I can finally say, I was treated the way I would treat my customers. They are amazing. This has been bar none the best experience buying a car in my life. I extremely recommend this dealership because no matter who takes care of you, you will be floored by their friendliness and professionalism! Thank you so much Justin a Megan.

Derek gave my 16 yr old Camry a thorough check when I brought it in to have the gas tank replaced. Following a thorough discussion with him I decided my best option would be to look into getting a new car. I spoke with Eric in your Sales Department and together we spent a long time discussing whether a Camry or what model of Corolla would best suit my driving needs and whether leasing or buying would be financially advisable. He was hugely informative as well as respectfully answering all my questions. At no time did I feel as if I was being steered towards any particular option. He and I thoroughly discussed the merits of the financial options available to me. I decided that a basic Corolla in silver would be what I wanted. Then Eric thoughtfully proceeded to make the process as easy as possible for me. I live about 20 minutes from the Toyota dealership and would need to arrange a ride with family to test drive the Corolla, the humidex was in the high 30’s that week, for over 20 years (following a fall while hiking), I have used a long walking stick for mobility, and I saw 80 a couple of years ago. Within 2 days I had gone from investigating the replacement of my Camry ‘s gas tank to all the details entailed in buying a new Corolla. Eric to the rescue! He called me to ask whether he could pick me up at home to test drive the Corolla. Such thoughtfulness! Your Business Manager, Megan, was warm, respectful, informative and extremely well organized as she and I finalized my purchase on the best terms possible. I have been driving my new car for a week and it is perfect for me! A huge thank you to Derek, Eric and Megan for making the purchase of a new car such a rewarding experience!

What a pleasure it was to work with Andrew Black at Jackson's Toyota in Barrie from start to finish. We bought a 2021 Venza. What a dream car. It has so many bells & whistles on it- I'm sure it will take me into the new year to familiarize with myself with all the new features. Andrew was so kind & accommodating. There wasn't a question on our Venza that he didn't have an answer. This is our 3rd Venza & we really love this one. It rides like a dream & it's beautiful in design! My Tacoma was booked for10 am but when I show up at 4.15 PM it had not been started yet. It want in at 4.35pm and back out at 5.30pm. And not completed. So what is the point of a 10 am booking?

Tire change over included an alignment check that found that the alignment needed adjustment to help prevent extra tire wear. My A/C was repaired by finding the exact cause that prevented the air from cooling. They repaired only the parts that needed replacement saving me extra repair costs that could have been a considerable amount more than if additional unnecessary parts were replaced. Thank you for maintaining my vehicle to run safely.
