oil change good as was the tech Cannot say the same for transmission shudder started at 181,000km Toyota gets a big fat ZERO I will never purchase a Toyota product again .

We had Derrick Rausch, and had a positive great experience with him. Usually we dont have the greatest experiences at Jacksons, but the last two times we have dealt with Derrick and its been fantastic! He definitely deserves recognition for his hard work, and how he treats customers.
