I purchased my vehicle with Jeff and Paul from the used car side of Jackson's Toyota. I had a unique situation and both Jeff and Paul showed kindness and compassion towards my stressful situation. Never once did I feel pressure and I knew I was in the best hands. They both went above and beyond to get me into a great vehicle. I will be returning the next time I need to purchase a vehicle. Stop giving this family money! The owner abuses employees and HR turns a blind eye. Do yourself a favour and check the Indeed reviews, this place is disgusting. My spouse would come home from work crying after getting screamed at all day. This will get deleted but please think twice about supporting a business that abuses it's employees!

Dealing with this store has been such a pain. While my salesperson Aidan was responsive and helpful, the rest of the store has ridiculous procedures and wasted my time. First, they spent 20 mins "verifying" my bank draft (which defeats the purpose of what a bank draft is supposed to do). Only to hear after another half hr that they refuse to give me the second key for MY vehicle that I paid for unless I use their connected services, which weren't even working properly. Thank you Aidan for saving this deal despite the hoops they're expecting customers to jump through.

Walked in knowing what I wanted, and Bill made it happen and we made a very good deal right away, he was very knowledgeable with my RAV4 XLE HYBRID, told me everything thing I needed to know and sourced the vehicle in my colour much quicker than we anticipated. I had an Outstanding experience, and I look forward to my next visit.

My 24k service was completed promptly and efficiently. My service advisor met me outside to review it and bring me my keys. An altogether good experience!

The self serve kiosk is a nightmare. The appointment time was incorrect and I was told there was a glitch. I didn't like the suggestions (upselling) on services I might want. Did not receive the pin # I would need to pick up keys because I didn't have access to my email at the time. So there was a hassle retrieving my car. When I tried to call the dealership to ensure I was getting the service done I needed I called three times and got no answer. I was unhappy there is no shuttle service. It should be safe by now if masked. Also, nowhere to wait outside. Could you throw a chair out there?? Having said that--the actual service done was fine.

I was told that changing and balancing the tires would take an hour, so I would be able to wait. It took over 2 hours.
