I had good experience with Toyota , if there’s any problems they are there to fix it right away . Their easy to talk too . Brennan was super easy going I would recommend him . My only concerns are your detailers .. when you buy a new car, you expect it to sparkle and have no dirt marks. Definitely need to improve on that.

We came in without an appointment because we were having a problem with our car starting. We couldn’t turn it off while we were out because we were concerned it wouldn’t start again! The battery didn’t seem to be holding a charge. The young lady at the service desk spoke to someone in the service area and they agreed to test the battery for us when they had completed the job they were working on. It was discovered that we did need a new battery which was installed for us right away. Everyone was very helpful and we were happy to not get stranded somewhere!
