Very disappointed they charged me $158 to diagnose a problem with my 2015 Camry transmission. It should have been free as this is a known issue and covered by Warranty enhancement States side . Yes they know ... long story short they quoted a new transmission $8000 or used $4000 Really Toyota ?? After just 180300 km the transmission falls ? Quality? I think not! Anyway had the thing rebuilt a much much lower cost and free diagnostic at that place . The least Jackson’s could have done was to waiver the diagnostic But hey that’s just my opinion. No comebacks for me .

16K servicing on an OPP unmarked vehicle. I understand the Covid restrictions but.....1- I miss being able to get the vehicle serviced today or the next day, and 2- I REALLY miss the valet service. Two cabs to/from the North Barrie set me back $90. Thanks.

Well, it was good in the time it toke to repair the car, but the drop off box was very much annoying to use! But as the car was done I'm happy for a two hour turn around. Thank you!.

possible bad battery turned out not enough use of car to charge battery tested and also cleaned terminals no charge! Excellent service again on another note, Carol has passed away, Matrix is now in the name of Phil Holdsworth.

drop off kiosk not a bad system - The waiting room/Shuttle below what I expect from Jackson's

Using the Kiosk is easy enough - after that point - ibecoms muddled? Can I wait in the waiting room? As expected it was very spartan - not even a working coffee machine.. No one to offer an UBER ride back - had to book and pay for my own... Pick was efficient online and at the kiosk - but i wasn't able to locate any info or direction about where my truck was parked... had to wander around the lot to locate it our back.. The Cardboard floor may and plastic seat cover was soiled and still in place.. not what I expected during covid.

Visited here to look at used RAV4s and almost every car there had scratches and the one I went to look at was rusty underneath. I was given a good offer price, but I was looking for better quality vehicles. Make sure to take a good look at the photos before you go.

Totally dissatisfied

I went in for a 9:30 am appointment to change my oil and change my winter tires that were on rims to summer tires that were on rims . That should have been an easy swap. 6 hours later and numerous phone calls to find out what’s going on, I was hit with a $254.00 charge. When asked about why it was taking so long, they told me that the appointments were just a general time. If that were the case, they should have said just bring it in and we’ll call you when it’s done. 6 hours! Totally dissatisfied with this service. Will not be going back.
