Not impressive with their service. I ordered a rav4 on June 19th. They told me car will deliver on the fist week of July. I called 1st week of July, they told me it will be delivered on 2nd to 3rd week of July. So I called again on 2nd week of July and I was told that the estimated delivery is end of July. My business is seriously effecting while I am waiting for my car. If they would told me I had to wait month and half or more to get a car I would just buy one they have in the stock. I hate fake promises and lies. In addition to that, I am yet to get a call from them with an apology for this false information. No one even called me letting me know if my finance is approved or not. Every week I am calling and getting a new delivery date. Guys please don't give someone a word that you can't keep. I have already signed a deal and paid my deposit therefore, I am stucked

I purchased a Toyota Tacoma and it was a great buying experience, Lee was great from start to finish in the purchasing process. I would recommend Jackson's as there was absolutely nothing negative to say.

Great place to deal with however was super disappointed when I returned my lease 3 months early and got less than I was told. With no additional explanation to it.
