Great service, however very expensive!

The dealership was able to help me in a pinch. I was out of town when my brakes needed immediate attention. Dereck was attentive and worked hard at keeping me up-to-date with the repair. I needed all four brakes done and they had me back on the road by the end of the day.

My wife and I had a great experience here. Ramit did a great job showing us the car, and he and the manager brought us the exact deal we asked for with no haggling - I almost couldn’t believe it. Nobody was pushy and they did a great job locating our vehicle and getting us into it promptly. Couldn’t ask for a better purchasing experience.

Aiden was a great salesman to deal with. We have been Jackson's customers for years and have always been happy with the service department as well as the sales department. Aiden did not disappoint and made us happy to have dealt with Jackson's again. Only disappointment was not being informed of the 499 dollar addition for the protection package. We feel this should have been told to us by the finance department.

Had a short inspection done on my Corolla to see if any major work was required as it is 12 years old. The service folks were excellent. No pressuring for unneeded repairs and good advice provided. All said, it was a very good experience. In addition, when I drove into the dealership there was a young fellow who I asked where I should park. He was one of the nicest and friendliest people I have come across at dealerships.

Update: Sadly, since my last review we had multiple experiences with the dealership and we decided to give it a one star. After a few negative, interactions and providing feedback to the dealership, senior leadership about our experience, they were more concerned with being held responsible rather than dealing with the situation. In the end, we used to get our car serviced in Stouffville Ontario because they were much more trustworthy and reliable. Our advice give the dealership a chance and see what you’re an experience is but do so cautiously. And most importantly, SHARE your experience, GOOD or BAD! Original Review 3 stars: As a first time customer my overall experience was good. I’m impressed with their Adjusted checkin using high tech kiosks while still providing the human contact. One of the best experiences I’ve had. Staff was nice, although not as friendly and welcoming as I’ve seen at other Toyota dealers, but they were not rude or anything.

Jackson's Toyota is very good dealer and excellent services provider. We brought Toyota Prius Hybrid car and it is very good. Brent Bell is a nice person and explain me all the features of car. I highly recommend Jackson's Toyota to buy any type of car.
