I expected a more detailed description of the service performed to be shown on the invoice . I would have liked to see that a oil change had been done and the type/quantity of oil used. Not sure what "differential fluid,and washer fluid" is referring too. I filled the washer fluid to the top when I left home and never use it on my 20min trip.

I simply wanted to change the engine oil, cost me more than $390. They charged me for checking and fixing some issue on rare break (as the advisor said) and they didn’t accept my ultimate extended warranty which covers almost everything including breaks. After charging this big amount they even didn’t wash the car. I will definitely find somewhere else for next service.

I came in with a flat tire on my car. There were two young gentlemen who helped serve me. They took my car in right away to have a look and in very little time were able to fix my tire. They were very efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. Great staff who care about their customers!

Although price is always a factor it is vehicle dependent. We have purchased many vehicles in the last 35 years. We were going to buy an Acura and after meeting Bill his professionalism and honesty led us to purchase our first Toyota.

Andrew Black was a top notch no pressure salesman the whole team at jacksons was amazing and such a pleasure to work with I bought 2 2021 highlanders and it really was easy no stress. I can't say enough really just a fantastic place to buy a car or two.
