Upon arriving at the check-in kiosk for what was to be a fuel pump recall, I was met with yet another attempt of a business to up-sell and extort money from a customer with two other procedures on the screen for which I had received NO warning from ANY service advisor AND for which there was NO explanation why I really and truly needed either of these procedures performed over and above the real purpose of my being there, obviously pointing out only one of the many reasons why the general public is not able to trust dealerships like Jackson's Toyota.

They forgot to charge the Prius when I picked it up as a brand new vehicle. You think this would be on a checklist.

The sales experience was good however the pickup experience left a lot to be desired. The technicians did not fully PDI the car. It was not charged upon pickup and the odometer reading was not referenced in the paperwork.
