Just bought myself a brand new car and the staff there is amazing! Super friendly and energetic really good at making you feel comfortable! Huge shout out to Aidan for getting me setup and I highly recommend going here.

Amazing experience at Jackson Toyota. Was in the market for a used Toyota Highlander Hybrid. As a busy professional I do not have time for long sales pitches or pressured upgrades. I've done my homework and know exactly what I want (advice: always do your research!).Brent Bell and his support team delivered in a professional, simple, and easy to understand way. Unauthorized work performed

Recall performed after requesting work to be done later. I stated this when making the appointment. I declined at the kiosk to have further work as well as the alignment inspection. Both recall and inspection were performed without my consent. I was in the waiting room for an hour and a half before I was even acknowledged by service staff. My car was not properly inspected. Obviously the time was not taken to actually inspect for my concerns. The wheels weren’t removed. I highly doubt it was test driven. If properly test driven for safety concerns the person driving my vehicle would have noticed the brake vibration and would have heard the quite apparent “air plane” like noise coming from the front right wheel Engine filter was not inspected at time of oil change service. I’ve worked in a tire shop for 6 years. I’ve also been in the automotive industry for over 15. Part of which I was a service advisor in a Toyota dealership. To say I am disappointed and got taken for a ride is an understatement. The staff I did speak with were all very friendly. Not knowledgeable but friendly. I’m happy that I paid for an extended warranty that won’t get used. I understand that things are more difficult than normal with Covid. I still expected my car to be looked after properly. I wasted 2.5 hours of my only day off in two weeks.

Jackson Toyota staff is very helpful Do not push sales but advise well They let me know what are the defects in my vehicle and are still under warranty Saved me lot of money

I have had my Corolla serviced by Jackson's since purchasing the vehicle in 2012. I can honestly say that I have never been disappointed in respect of either efficiency or professional friendliness.

I went to Toyota with no intentions of purchasing a vehicle that day. I had been researching many vehicles but hadn't found "the one". On my arrival to Toyota, Ramit introduced himself in a calm welcoming manner. I didn't feel pressured in anyway as he showed me the Tacoma which I was interested in. He was knowledgeable of the vehicle, and I felt he was trustworthy which is important to me when making a large investment. Ramit answered my questions thoroughly and was very easy to deal with. I ended up purchasing a Tacoma that day. Danielle completed the financial aspect of the deal. She was fantastic as well. Made it easy with no stress! I highly recommend Ramit if you are in the market. I left the dealership knowing my vehicle inside out thanks to him. He helped me understand all of its features and made sure I was comfortable in my new vehicle. Honestly, out of the several months of looking for a vehicle and dealing with a number of sales persons at other dealerships, Ramit was the most professional. If you go to Jackson's Toyota, ask for this guy! Thanks Ramit!

One thing as suggestion, when take a vehicle for service, it could clean the vehicle or give a voucher to take on carwash. It is simple and efficient.
