I was worried that due to Covid your lounge and shuttle service would be closed and I really couldn't afford two taxi rides to home and back. I was pleasantly surprised when the lady at reception arranged an Uber ride each way and that Jackson's would pay for it. This is the reason my last three cars were Toyotas. No matter where I bought my cars, Toyota service has always been first class

When I booked my appt I wasn't given any details about where or how to drop off my car because the usual courteous service I receive has gone to the wayside because of Covid. Your check in machine is nonsense bring back the excellent service I'm used to when I come to Jackson's.

Unorganized and unclear pricing in quote

I wasn’t assigned a technician to be my adviser and I didn’t receive clear communication on what was going on with my car, which is very unlike every other service I had at this facility previously . To be fair I had an amazing experience in all my service visits in the last 4 years at Jackson’s Toyota except for this one . I expected better . They were very kind and helped to figure out the situation and fix my overcharged service bill. I did leave there unsatisfied still feeling like I was overcharged and makes me think twice about going back again. I don’t know if a change of management happened recently but the environment of Jackson’s Toyota just isn’t the same anymore ...

Always a good experience People that work at Toyota are really nice. I've dealt with Andrew Black a couple of times. He is the nicest man. Always made me feel comfortable.

For over a year, Ramit, our Product Advisor, was amazing helping me do all my research(one years worth LOL), test drives, tand purchase. Even post purchase he has answered many questions we had about the hybrid operation and functions. Ramit has sent me helpful personal videos of different vehicles I was looking at. I must say no other product advisor has gone above and beyond for me like Ramit. I highly recommend him for your Toyota needs. Jackson's Toyota has been a great place to deal with so far and look forward to many years of service with them. Thanks for all that you have done.

Excellent Service

My wife Rose brought the car in for service. She was dealing with Jody Bacon the service advisor. My wife was so impressed with the customer service she received by Jody. She was amazing! Very friendly, knowledgable a just a real pleasure to deal with! Thanks Jody for a wonderful customer service experience:)
