The only solution to faulty gauges is a new instrument cluster @ $1600 plus labour @ $135/hr plus GST means at least $2000 to me. I'm searching for any alternatives.. Typical "module replacement" mentality I get from Toyota service.

Well I had written a review about my recent experience with this dealership and that one star review seems to have vanished. My 2015 Camry XLE transmission failed and really based on what I have read about this issue it is covered by a warranty enhancement ( up to 8yrs ) in the States but not in Canada Jackson’s charged me $153 tax incl. to run a diagnostic on what I had already told them was a shudder being experienced when going through gears . They quoted a new transmission $8000 or used $4000 No waiver of the diagnostic yet if you take your car to transmission shop that diagnostic is free . A Toyota transmission is not supposed to fail after just 181,500 km all highway. Extremely let down and feel cheated. Jackson’s you could have done better . Tell your customers beforehand what the diagnostic will cost ok and stand by your product . Your cars have weak transmissions or the components used in those units are not up to standard. There is no way a transmission needs a complete rebuild after so few Km’s By the way the Service Manager is was not helpful or sympathetic at all when I called to discuss the issue . Terrible experience

I bought out my lease. Melissa very helpful and gave me a place to work while I waited [more than 6 hours] for my safety to be done. I appreciated being able to work from there. The safety took 'forever' though. Overall, I was very happy with the service you provided. Especially Melissa.
