Awesome staff!

It was an awesome experience.. The staff were very nice and Bill was very accommodating and knowledgeable that everything went smooth and fast. There were no hidden fees and everything was presented to the point. We had a great experience at Jackson Toyota.

The Express service process was very good with helpful pleasant personnel via phone and informative text messages. The kiosk was quite straightforward and pretty easy to use.

Our family has worked with Andrew on getting vehicles in the past couple of years and he is very professional and and organized he also takes the time out of his busy schedule to send us a video with details about a car that my daughter was interested in so when we got there it was not so much time wasted and already new what we wanted. We were overall happy with our experience. Some small suggestions to improve your service are: -supply a plastic folder/case to put the ownership and insurance in -make sure that the car is cleaned both inside and out[we had sap or some other type of dirt on our car . Brent cleaned it for us after we brought it to his attention but we should have received it in that condition] -I think there should be some type of discount when buying an extra key we just spent thousands of dollars and you charge us full price for and extra key we did appreciate Brent's follow up phone call and we genuinely enjoyed our experience -
