Struts needed to be replaced. The noise expert technician and I went for a drive, and the problem, through sound, was identified. The service consultant has been wonderful to work with.

I was thoroughly satisfied with my last service visit to Murray Chev. Genevieve, our Service Advisor, is always friendly, efficient, and thorough. We own two Murray Chev vehicles and we're impressed with their ethics. Even the shuttle drivers are friendly and careful and should also receive a commendation.

I was scheduled for 8:30am to have my vehicle in the shop on a day that I was told was not very busy. I asked to have my vehicle by 11 and received it at 11:40. I was told that it would not take long to get in so I said I would wait around and it didn't get into the shop until 10:30. Turned out it only needed an oil change but took an hour to have it done.

best service department- really dedicated staff to customers . Love the Chevy cruze possible improvement- Have the car waiting closer to the exit door. Sometimes you have to wait along time until the person brings your car. thanks

Service was excellent as always. This time, however, the technician must have forgotten to reset the oil percentage back to 100%. So, the oil light came on later in the day. I reset the digital display according to the instruction in the manual and all was well.
