Murray Chevrolet staff were quickly able to locate a used vehicle that perfectly suited my needs. The vehicle was sold to me for a fair price and the sales staff was genuine and courteous. Overall it was an excellent experience and I would not hesitate to use Murray Chevrolet for my next vehicle purchase.

In dealing with Murray Chev, nothing is overly bad, but nothing is overly great either. The last couple of visits I have left feeling unsure whether they had my best interests in mind or they were just trying to make extra money off me by making me feel like my vehicle required said service. For example, I'm often told my car is due for an alignment, but the inspection report will say I don't require one. I was even told this when I had just had an alignment done elsewhere (putting on winter tires). Or when one employee tells you one thing, and another employee tells you the opposite, again with one of those things costing me money. These experiences leave a distrustful feeling to the experience.

This was my first time buying a car and I was nervous about the purchase. Liam worked with me to find something that fit my high standards within a budget I was comfortable with.
