Terrible

Told things that never happened, no communication, hard to get a hold of anyone. Theres too many appointments made at the same time. If i make an appointment at 7am thats the time i should be seen not 815am which is what happened. Very unprofessional. Very sad actually. I would never rdcommend your service department to anyone. In fact i would tell people to avoid it at all costs.

I was totally satisfied with the service that was done to my car. I felt it was done right with a truly certified technician. I also appreciate my advisor for giving me the options I need to save while ensuring proper maintenance of my vehicle. Moreover, my advisor provided me a car key duplicate as my additional request without returning for another appointment.
