It seems that with not only GM but all car dealerships the dishonesty of dealing with the trade in. In this case I traded in a 2015 Toyota XSE with 3200 kilometers, very good condition. Blue book value was 23000 to 28000. They insulted me with a value of 22000 then after they are selling the car for 28000.

If you look at the Canadian Black book, your year, make, model and KM lands at $22,524 so we were right in the same ball park for a trade in. There was a trim noise inside on the driver's side and the part was ordered to replace. The part was replaced but the noise was still there.

My experience included a routine maintenance service appointment and a check of my Compustar remote starter which had not been working properly. Ryan, who regularly manages my appointments, was away on training the day of my appointment, but arranged that Chris would take over. Chris kept me informed and even took the time to walk over to the Compustar installation centre with me to talk to the gentlemen there. All was good, thank you!
