My experience was both positive and productive.

My experience included a routine maintenance service appointment and a check of my Compustar remote starter which had not been working properly. Ryan, who regularly manages my appointments, was away on training the day of my appointment, but arranged that Chris would take over. Chris kept me informed and even took the time to walk over to the Compustar installation centre with me to talk to the gentlemen there. All was good, thank you!

While sitting in the customer lounge waiting through a scheduled maintenance, I had an opportunity to observe just how well staffed the dealership was. Everyone from top brass to custodial service treated each other with a genuine respect. And, they did a great job on my car! Great all round experience!

I have to say, I was quite stressed regarding my vehicle having to come in at least 3-4 times to figure our the serious issue that was finally found within the engine itself. Thankfully Ryan was able to be calm during all this, and help me out immensely. Courtesy car, car wash, and most importantly understanding my issue and being empathetic. Thanks for the great service, long overdue review!
