Good experience overall

Ryan our salesperson was excellent. Always easy to get ahold of answered every question we had. My only critique of our buying experience is that when it came time to sign the papers nobody could explain to me how the payment went up $1.20 from what had been agreed upon. Obviously a dollar is not much but over the course of the loan it is approximately $175 dollar difference. When Jeff the business manager was asked he gave me a roundabout answer about how the taxes were different because we didn't do the trade in. The only problem with that is that the original price was agreed upon without any trades or money down etc. I still signed the papers and overall I still believe I got a very good deal but it did leave a sour taste in my mouth.

I am always very nervous when making a large purchase. This time I felt happy about the deal and very satisfied. Rob helped answered all questions and made us feel proud of our deal.

Stress free buying experience.

My wife and I stopped in late on a Saturday afternoon just to start pricing out vehicles. Kevin took the time to speak with us about inventory, prices and vehicle options. We saw a few vehicles that we liked so once we got home, we went online to schedule a test drive on the one vehicle that caught both of our eye the most. On Monday morning, I arrived a little early for the test drive appointment and met Kevin in the show room. Kevin promptly got the vehicle ready and I was off on the test drive. The vehicle was exactly what we were looking for so we sat down with Kevin to discuss price. Through the whole process Kevin was very informative, explained options on the vehicle and translated a lot of the car sales talk for us. Kevin was with us through the whole process. When delivery day finally came, Kevin took the time to walk us back to the vehicle that they had parked inside because he didn't want it to get dirty overnight. He showed us all the options, synced our phones with the uconnect, explained how to navigate the computerized options through the touch screen and answered all the questions we had. I highly recommend Kevin as he made our buying experience a very enjoyable one.

I would really like to thank Ryan Eddy, Dave Stannard, and Adam Mcnaughton for The amazing service they all provided. I was really nervous about looking at getting my first car, but thanks to Adam pointing me to a helpful salesperson I got to view all possibilities that were in my price range. As well Dave Stannard was very quick and helpful on setting up my Financing, and when he sees that there is a point that he really needs to stress, he makes sure it gets across in the best way so that you understand it and don't mess up your future. The people at Provincial Chrysler are amazing and I know I'll be dealing with them for a long time. Thank you guys for all your help, can't wait to see you next year to possibly trade in.

This Auto Dealership was fantastic. We first noticed their professionalism of this company while we browsed their website and found the vehicle that fit all our needs. Then it carried on to the wonderful salesperson we contacted. Ann Krolik was awesome, she was easy to talk to. She was very easy to understand as she explained the policies and procedures. Ann has a wonderful sense of humor while maintaining a professional standard that this company excels by. I would not hesitate to recommend Ann Krolik and Provincial Chrysler to anyone for a new or used vehicle purchase.
