My first time buying a car

I was nervous going through with buying my first car, but my sales rep Kevin was very helpful and broke everything down so I could get a better understanding. He was not pushy at all. He had everything setup and ready to go on the day of pick up and showed me how to use the accessories in my car so I wouldn't have trouble. THANKS Kevin for my new Fiat 500L I absolutely love my car

Easily the best experience I have in purchasing a new vehicle

Ordered new Ram 1500 on February 27, took possession March 28. Dave Conen was very respectful of my wants and didn't try to push me into another truck they had on the lot that didn't have the options I wanted. Courtney even stayed 1/2 hr after the dealership closed to finalize the paperwork. Would recommend Dave Conen to anyone looking for new vehicle.

I was impressed with Dave's patience in that I originally asked about a more basic RAM with a Hemi, but as my search for a truck developed I became interested in quite another vehicle. There was no pressure or being pushed in one direction or the other. I felt he investigated all possible incentives to make this a 'good purchase'.

Dave went over and beyond! He was not pushy which i loved and was very helpful with all my questions etc. He answered all my questions and did not leave any info out in which i asked for... he also gave me a hands on tutorial in the car to show me exactly what all the new features were and how to use. I would highly recommend. My experience was very easy and low-key...no crazy salesman saying times running out etc etc. An absolute Great overall experience!!!
