I’m very happy with my purchase! Cole was a great help and got me the payment I needed to suit my budget. The only recommendation I have is better detailing of the interior, more attention to detail. But other than that I’m very happy.

Extremely disgusted by the unprofessionalism of Jackson’s Toyota and their inability to handle customer service with positivity and grace. These photos are AFTER photos for an “Ultimate” detailing package. After the initial poor job, they said they would reclean it. I spent another entire day off to bring it in and this is what was received after allegedly cleaning it again. (Note that the first time they wanted to keep my car overnight to clean, yet the second time it was magically complete within a couple of hours) I was obviously unhappy with this result. When I asked to speak to a manager, they pushed it off and said I would receive a call the next Monday. I did not receive a call from a manager but instead from a very rude employee named Tara. When I voiced my concerns regarding this being unacceptable, I was told “they are not reimbursing you and is what it is basically”— those exact words. The employee was very negative and condescending throughout the entire interaction. In the end, they offered an oil change. In what world is this an acceptable $350 +tax detailing job? My car is only 6 years old and other than the sand in the mats from paddle boarding over the summer, it was not in horrendous condition to begin with. Ironically, the mats were the only part of my vehicle that was adequately cleaned. Richmond Hill Toyota is far superior in every way; and although I live in Barrie, I will make the trip to Richmond Hill for their incredible kind service and professionalism. Please do not waste your time and money here.

I guess I should have read some of these reviews beforehand, that's my fault and it wouldn'thappen again. Also, if you don't like feedback then you should remove this option. Please read the entire think and then come to your own conclusions. Currently my rating is 3-Stars but this could easily be zero and still time to change. My highlander needed service and we have been looking to find a new dealership since we moved. So I found Jackson Toyota and scheduled an appointment. I was given one 3-weeks from the time I called and looking forward to getting my car fixed. Since the original conversation and scheduled, I have received about 6-calls confirming my appointment, several text etc.., I thought to myself this is great service. On the day if my appointment I showed up about 20-mins beforehand and that's when the fun started... I knew what was wrong with my car because I do have a great scanner and I also had another machenic scanned it for me to be sure. My service advisor told me that regardless they have to rescan it and that would be about $300.00. That's painful money for unemployed person but I need the car fixed...Now comes the fun part... I have a scheduled appointment from 3-weeks ago at 10:30am on the 5th of December with 6-follow-up calls, text etc., confirming my appointment...only to tell me we don't have anyone available to look at your car until after 1pm??? Think about this for a second, you called me 6-times and texted me several times, and nowhere in these conversations did you indicate that you didn't have available services reps to service my car...I would like to think i am a reasonable person and would consider another date and time because shit happens, but you didn't say anything. This is just unacceptable and very poor customer service in my humble opinion. I thought I had it bad but in the waiting room there were several folks waiting patiently for several hours to get routine stuff done with appointments several weeks back, how??? I know shit happens but you have a problem... So I live about 20 to 25 minutes away but there is no courtesy car and they will not uber us home. However, they will uber us to the mall which is about the same distance to my home? Fast forward, at about 3pm we got picked up from the mall and returned to the dealership. I was told the part is backorder and will take a few days... I did a follow up call last week and was told we will call you by the end of the week. Tomorrow is the 16th and I am still waiting for the part that would take a few and along with the callback...now I am reasonable and I know it's the holidays but people are still working, getting paid to do their jobs and we need our vehicles fixed to get around... The part should be free, including the services, it's called "customer service". My two cents for what's it worth.
