Oil change express!! Came in today on Saturday for express oil change and it was a quick in and out. This location opens 8am to 1pm Saturday. Tech Ariel was very friendly and courteous. Tech did let me know the full details of what else come with the oil change. 100% recommend!!!

I recently visited there with high hopes of purchasing a new car, but unfortunately, my experience was a letdown. The sales team was unprofessional, pushy, and lacked knowledge about the vehicles they were selling. To make matters worse, the car I was interested in had a noticeable defect. Shame on the Jackson’s for having such an unprofessional environment

I arrived at Jackson’s Toyota 10 minutes prior to my 9:15am “waiting” appointment. I brought in our RAV4 for battery issue which was the result of poor repair on recall appointment 6 months ago. Vehicle hardly driven over that time but experienced a power failure when going over large bumps. Should have been 15 minute fix? But when did I finally get the all done - 12:02pm so much for making an appointment!! Insult to injury they charged me even though it was there poor installation of battery. Never going back.

I brought my vehicle in for service and cleaning. When I picked it up there were 2 large gashes in the leather steering wheel. After I brought this up to Toyota they refused to acknowledge their fault in this and told me they would not do anything to correct the issue.

Pls DONT buy ur car from this Toyota dealer they will scam you .. what I mean is I preorder an make deposit on van sienna for 2 yrs sign contract total value of 53k. Once the van have arrive they provided me a new quote 72k. They said my contract I sign is old now so they have to get me a new price.. pls don’t wast ur time an money on this dealership.
