We recently purchased a 2025 Sienna Limited from Jackson's Toyota, and our experience was nothing short of exceptional, thanks to Dmitry. We had been searching for the perfect Sienna for almost a year, and Dmitry made the entire process smooth and effortless. His friendly demeanor and professional approach truly set him apart. Having bought over 10 vehicles in the past, we are all too familiar with the stress and pressure that often accompany car buying. However, Dmitry provided a completely different experience. Just wanted to book an appointment for my brand new Toyota Tundra because from beginning I had a trouble to open my rear trunk and the front lights didn't change on automatic mode to low or high beam light , they said we do have a spot in 3 weeks, OK that's fine, no choice. After 3 weeks I took a day off from work and provided to them my truck with explanation to them what's wrong with my truck to Service person with name Derek. He said sorry we can't check both issues same day you need to book another appointment for this " GOOD JOB DEREK KEEP GOING ON THIS MANNER AND YOU AND TOYOTA JACKSON WILL GET A GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE REVIEWS " !!! He even didn't want to hear me with respect to me that I already bought a couple of trucks from them, that I waited 3 weeks for a brand new truck appointment, I took a day off. Zero understanding, they don't care about their customers. After all this he said that someone will contact me in a day or two for to book an appointment and what do you think ? NOBODY CALLED ME BACK!? GOOD JOB DEREK AND TOYOTA JACKSON, KEEP GOING LIKE THAT !!! AND YOU WILL BE BEST IN RATES !!! Left the car and afternoon calling me DEREK and said that it was no time to check my car he apologize that tomorrow somewhere will check my car . UNBELIEVABLE!!! GOOD JOB GUYS!!! THANK YOU FOR YOUR BEST SERVICE. Finally next they said nothing wrong with the car without to check my LOW/HIGH BEAM LIGHT. After a couple of weeks I figure out by myself that It is not enough to put the light on "AUTO" but need also to push an "AUTO" button under the steering wheel then it started to work well. THEY ARE PROFESSIONAL GUYS, THEY SHOULD KNOW ABOUT THIS ISSUE BY PEOPLE COMPLAINTS THEY JUST NEEDED TO PUSH THIS BUTTON AND THAT'S IT BUT THEY DIDN'T WANT TO HEAR ME, THEY DIDN'T WANT TO HELP ME IT WOULD TAKE ONLY A SECOND TO THEM FOR NOT TO WAIT WEEKS AND WEEKS AGAIN FOR APPOINTMENT WHICH THEY SUPPOSED TO TAKE MY CAR FOR ALL DAY . THIS IS CRAZY. IT'S UNBELIEVABLE TOYOTA JACKSON TEAM , YOU DON'T CARE ABOUT YOUR CUSTOMERS AT ALL AND YOU DON'T CARE ABOUT YOUR REPUTATION AND NAME. THIS IS JUST A HONESTY STORY WHAT HAPPENED WITH ME AND I JUST WANT TO WARN THE PEOPLE AND TELL THEM WHAT AWAITS THEM . IT IS SO BAD AND SAD.

I was just driving to my favorite spa outside the city and stopped in to find out prices for new Toyotas. But Dmitry quickly and accurately determined what we could do to make my dream come true. And now a month later I received a new Rav4 Hybrid. Everything went amazingly, if you have long dreamed of a new Toyota, this is the place for you.

BE AWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP , THEY WILL HAVE OTHER SALESPERSONS OR MANAGERS SELLING THE CAR YOU ARE CURRENTLY IN THE DEALERSHIP MAKING A DEAL ON AND PIN YOU AGAINST THEM AND THEN SELL THE VEHICLE FROM UNDER YOU: please read my story to hopefully save you a horrible experience. -I came into this dealership after a few days of talking with a salesperson on the used vehicles side … I drove 1h45 mins one way and they knew that … me and the salesman go and test drive the vehicle …. Then come back and are working out the deal … at this point there is only me, the salesman and the manager in the building … fast forward 20 mins later a person shows up and ends up in the managers office … the salesman with me is constantly having to run back and forth from me to his manager ( which has this other person in his office ) so we work out the deal almost fully (they have this “mandatory” service plan for $699 which isn’t something I need so was negotiating to have it removed …meanwhile the manger has this other person still in his office and I get told this other person is about to buy the same truck I have now been here for since 10 am …. It’s now 12:30 ….so the used car manager has been doing this in the back ground …. Pretty shady in my eyes ! I made an appointment the day before to come in … they knew I was driving 1h45 mins one way to get there, also while someone is there with a deal on paper just working out the small stuff … you don’t go and sell the truck underneath from that person (me) … that’s the worst business principles I have ever seen nvm all the sudden I was in the middle of it. This dealership has VERY VERY poor mangers , the manager tried to turn it on me and say it was my fault that I didn’t get the truck mean while I’m in there as the customer…. this clearly shows how they operate in a sales environment … if they act like this with sales I can’t imagine what their parts or service department is like. Please do yourself a massive favour and go visit any OTHER Toyota dealer in GTA OTHER then Jackson’s as the way they go about business is high pressure sales tactics and is not professional one bit. I hope their owner reads this and realizes that the people he or she’s has representing the “Jacksons” name are doing these types of sales tactics to potential customers. Whoever owns this dealership or is the overall manager should be throughly ashamed of having these types of employees representing their dealership name !

Absolutely horrible service. On 2 separate occasions I've had to bring by truck back to fix a problem that hadn't been rectified. On the 3rd occasion I tried reaching out to my service rep Darrick 2 times weeks apart and didn't get a response. Finally I tried scheduling the appointment through their generic online forum. We got a call from a lady to schedule my routine maintenance and to have someone finally fix the problem with my truck. We did express our dissatisfaction with our service rep ghosting us on 2 occasions but didn't receive an apology or anything. Our appointment is scheduled for Dec 13. 3 weeks to get general maintenance done. I sent an email 2 weeks ago asking for management's info but surprise surprise haven't gotten a response! I live in barrie but there's a reason I bought my truck in Orangeville and I guess from now on ill have to drive to Orangeville Toyota for service as they take their customers concerns and rectify them and ACTUALLY RESPOND CUSTOMERS! Do better Jackson Toyota

I had an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience at Jackson’s Toyota in Barrie. After spending over two and a half hours with my wife and 1-year-old baby at the dealership, I encountered a series of unacceptable issues that left me feeling misled and disrespected. The dealership had been texting me repeatedly about a Toyota Corolla LE, urging me to come in. I agreed and made the trip today, only to be told upon arrival that the car had already been sold. This was a complete waste of my time and effort. When I expressed interest in a Rav4 LE Hybrid, they assured me it could be delivered within the Dec 2–Dec 15 window. However, the price negotiation process was an absolute nightmare. The final offer presented was significantly higher than what was advertised online, and I felt pressured to purchase additional packages I didn’t want or need. The lack of transparency and the rigid, upselling-focused approach were appalling. The situation got even worse after agreeing to terms and signing the paperwork. I was then informed that the vehicle I intended to purchase had also been sold. I was told I’d have to wait weeks for another vehicle, with no clear timeline or accountability. This lack of communication and disregard for the customer’s time is completely unacceptable. Jackson’s Toyota seems to prioritize upselling and misleading customers rather than providing honest, professional service. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Save yourself the frustration and choose a dealership that values its customers and operates with integrity.

Worst experience I have ever had with a service department. I booked an appointment a month in advance for 9:15am and dropped my car off early the morning of the appointment. When they asked what time I would like it back I said 1pm. At 2:30pm when I hadn't heard from them I called to get a status update. The service advisor said there were two cars ahead of me and they would call when it was ready. At 4pm I received a call saying my car had several issues and they needed more time. They did provide a rental car that night, but at the last minute and it left me scrambling with no car seat for my daughter. I got the car back the following day and it sounded worse then when I took it in. It turns out they had over tightened the E-brake cable, which resulted in additional time spent at the dealership. Overall, the lack of communication and service was appalling and I will not be going back!
