Have had some poor experiences with other Honda dealerships in the past, but have purchased our last 3 vehicles at Henley. +++Positive experiences - end-to-end each purchase. Dawson is fantastic to deal with: no pressure, he genuinely wants to ensure our needs are met and that we are leaving happy with our decision. Martha in finance was friendly, helpful and outlined our options clearly. Amanda in service is top notch. No desire or reason to look anywhere else - if we could rate it higher than 5 stars, we would!!

Henley Honda is top notch for customer service. My experience with Boris was the best last year and so it brought us back again this year. His knowledge and energy = number 1 service. To make the process easy and comfortable Martha was the best. What a team!!

Awesome experience at Henley Honda!! Boris was a complete professional from the initial test drive, through the process of determining which model was a complete fit for us, to ensuring 100% satisfaction after our purchase. Boris has continued to support us with any questions and/or follow up we have had and we are very, very happy with our Honda.....and ecstatic to have Boris taking care of us. We love the driving experience and the car has out performed our expectations. We highly recommend when visiting Henley Honda to look up Boris, he will honestly and patiently deal with any questions or concerns you have making sure you are informed about the vehicle you are purchasing......besides that he's a great guy!!

My wife purchased a 2015 accord, the sale went smoothly, trade in was fair and she was treated well by both salesman and finance manager, upon receiving the car, the interior was not cleaned well, water stains from window tint on both door panels and dirty sills and seats. (Car was brand new 2015 with under 200km) biggest complaint, wheels and tires are hpf 19s and were not balanced (no wieghts) car shakes on highway, suprised this was not checked at all. overall - 3 stars, average.

Very happy to have picked up my new Pilot today! It was a long wait due to production delays, but my salesperson Joe Ferguson was great about responding to my incessant enquiries. Sean and Martha were both top rate on the finance side too.
