Henley Honda

We've owned three Honda Civics and have been Henley Honda customers for the past twelve years. We were impressed with the new CRV and were assisted greatly by Martha and Boris at this dealership. We visited several times to make inquiries and drive different models. Boris was particularly helpful and knowledgeable about the features of each trim model and Martha provided exceptional service also. We're currently enjoying our new car knowing that the team at Henley Honda will make themselves available in the post-purchase phase as well. Martha and Boris were great to deal with!

My husband and I are expecting our first child and had to purchase a new car. We went in to Henley because we knew one of the salesman there, and whom we had heard rave reviews about. The reviews were spot on. Omar was more than helpful and always made sure that we were never left unattended or with questions unanswered. In fact, the entire staff there was stellar in the customer service department. My husband even said that he hadn't been anywhere in a long time where people were so attentive. It seems to be a lost art these days. With our new addition coming soon, I am glad to be back in a safe and reliable vehicle. It's good to know that this vehicle will last. Thank you very much to all of you for helping us, especially you, Omar.

First class experience from initial visit to driving off the lot. They did not sell me a car, they helped me buy one. Would recommend this dealership without reservations to anyone looking for a great car buying experience. Terrific staff to deal with on all aspects from sales to finance to even helping me get rid of my old vehicle and I received a better price for it than I thought possible.

I was driving a car that was unsafe and as a mom I decided I need a new car asap. At Henley Honda I immediately found several CRVs that I fell in love with. Unfortunately I was unable to come to an agreement on the CRV I originally wanted but Michael kept in contact with me and provided me with other offers getting me into the same CRV just a different colour. Throughout the whole process Michael went above and beyond what I expected, from showing me different features to helping me find ways to keep my son amused well we waited for the process to complete at pickup. I got a beautiful CRV at a very reasonable price and left feeling confident in my car. I would definitely recommend Henley Honda and Michael to everyone!
