I bought my first ever new car from Moh Makki at Finch Chrysler and had a really great experience. I had to do everything over the phone which was hard but Moh was really patient with me and gave me a really good deal on a Jeep Patriot. I went to pick up the car and had a minor issue when I got home, I called up Moh and he dealt with it right away. Thank you so much Moh! I would definitely recommend you see him!

Took my 2016 Dodge Journey in as there was a check engine light on. The lady on the phone booked appointment on the following Monday, so their was some initial confusion when I arrived. They managed to squeeze me in anyways and get my car back to me the same day.

Welcomed by Justin within 20 ft of leaving my car while he finished up with another customer. Fell in love with my green 4 door wrangle. It didn't have Bluetooth but I was slide in for service upgrade before I left on my vacation. Garage staff was amazing and friendly. A pleasure to deal with.

very bad service. paid them $140 diagnostic and they told me I just need plugs and wires. I changed the plugs and wires myself and had the same problem. took it to anther smaller garage and they told me it was a fuel pump and they we right. shame on chrysler service!!! very rude service adviser.

I purchased my Jeep at Finch back in June of 2016 and have had nothing but issues with it since day 1. Issues including transmission slippage, coolant not having been bled properly, brake squeaking issues and most recently an issue with my front axle U-Joints. Brought it in on monday this week and the Service Manager, Jerry gave me the run-around with regards to the use of my warranty. For 2 days I was left wondering what was going on, he wouldn't return calls or answer as to why he wasn't honouring the Powertrain warranty on my vehicle. I'm extremely disappointed with the customer service I received here, considering this worn part of my vehicle is a tremendous safety issue. He told me it was fine to take home for the night and then wouldn't take my calls the following day. If I could rate this dealership less than one star I certainly would. I had my vehicle fixed under warranty at another Chrysler Dealership in London and will be sure to go elsewhere in the future. When it comes to having your vehicle serviced under warranty for safety related issues I DO NOT recommend taking it to Finch.
