I purchased my Jeep at Finch back in June of 2016 and have had nothing but issues with it since day 1. Issues including transmission slippage, coolant not having been bled properly, brake squeaking issues and most recently an issue with my front axle U-Joints. Brought it in on monday this week and the Service Manager, Jerry gave me the run-around with regards to the use of my warranty. For 2 days I was left wondering what was going on, he wouldn't return calls or answer as to why he wasn't honouring the Powertrain warranty on my vehicle. I'm extremely disappointed with the customer service I received here, considering this worn part of my vehicle is a tremendous safety issue. He told me it was fine to take home for the night and then wouldn't take my calls the following day. If I could rate this dealership less than one star I certainly would. I had my vehicle fixed under warranty at another Chrysler Dealership in London and will be sure to go elsewhere in the future. When it comes to having your vehicle serviced under warranty for safety related issues I DO NOT recommend taking it to Finch.

My boyfriend just bought a brand new 2017 dodge ram big horn, we were helped by Riccardo and he was absolutely fantastic! He was friendly, professional and he was very knowledgable. The entire team of staff was great to deal with, and we have zero complaints. Sent my parents to buy a truck that weekend and they picked up the same one in a different colour! Thanks for the great work everyone!

Walked in, just curious about what used vehicles​ they had. Was immediately handed off to some slick guy from corporate who wanted us to enter a contest. When I refused to give up the crazy amount of personal information, the corporate guy became very rude and condescending. I've honestly never had a worse experience at a business. On the up side, it's an entertaining story to tell whenever Finch Chrysler comes up.
