My experience was horrible. We had an electrical issue with our car and had emphasized and explained that was the case every time we were directed to someone and had lastly been told to tow our car to finch hyundais body shop. We paid to get it towed. Every time we called to confirm and double check on an update, the individual on the other end was clueless and we were forced to explain everything over again, constantly being put on hold and leaving several voicemails and no one getting back. Communication and accomodation skills were extremely disappointing and far beyond less what was expected and advertised on the website. Without even the slightest effort to understand who gave us the wrong information or to ensure customer satisfaction, the dealership would refuse to cooperate and at least reimburse the amount we paid over the towing from a confusion on their end. We could not have been more patient with their negligence. Weve expressed our experience to several other people who resonated with us about their experience with Finch Chrysler. It would be the end of day if we ever considered to go back or advise anyone to use Finch Chryslers services.

Two stars goes too the service guys who are fairly good at their job and reasonable. The minus three stars goes to the service manager who I have never had a good experience with. He fought me on every issue I had until I gave up and just lived with the issues. I did take my car to the dodge dealership off of veterans memorial road and they fixed my issues no question asked. He claimed the loud clunk while taking it out of park on an incline was normal. Now my warranty is over and I'm stuck with this issue. I had my read brake light replaced and it ended up rusting through in that spot 8-12 months after the repait. He said if I came in a lot sooner then it would be understandable but I'm pretty sure rust doesn't appear after 3-5 months. Needless to say I think your service manager should be replaced before you lose all your business. Everyone I spoke with years later agrees that finch dodge has been the worst experience when dealing with the service manager. Do what you must but I say save your time and money and take it to the new dealership....it will be the best 20 minute drive!

Terrible experience. Grandfather purchased a jeep and when license was taken away we offered the jeep back to Finch. They did not uphold their original price offered on phone and tried to come down 7k from original offer. They were holding his winter tires and made it difficult for us to retrieve them holding up our aternate deal to sell the vehicle. In the end they tried to offer us a slightly higher price but we had already got 10k more than their original offer and didn't have to deal with them. Definitely will not return.
