Went in for a B1 service on my CRV and to switch a loaner battery I put in because my original battery wasn't working right. I advised if the Honda battery is not any good anymore, put a new one in. Two and a half hours later they asked if I want an alignment because on their print out of their alignment test it said my front left wheel was out a little. I said no because it was going to take another hour he said. Paid for my $250 oil change and they threw in the free alignment for the wait. Said my battery was ok and said I didn't need a new one. Went down the road and it was veering to the right (worse before I bought it in). I checked to see if they took out my loaner battery and put in my Honda battery. Nope. Like talking to a wall. I gave it 2 stars because I am assuming they drained my oil and put in new oil with a new filter. I'll check tomorrow. It might go down to a 1 star. I asked a mechanic how many are there of them back there? He said 11-12. It was not busy either on a Wednesday at 2:30pm-5:30pm.

Me and my husband recently purchased our first vehicle from Honda and we were super impressed. Calvin was so helpful, every step of the way and Chris was amazing as well. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great car with great customer service.

We just purchased our 2 year old Honda Fit form Brantford Honda and can't say enough about the experience. We dealt with Brad Pikula who went above and beyond to make the whole transaction seamless. Brad's "no pressure" approach and genuine personalty was a breath of fresh air. We would not hesitate to deal with Brad and the Brantford staff on our next Honda purchase. Thanks again.
