James made our experience at Honda incredible!

James's personable nature made it easy to work with him to find the perfect car for us. He treated us as though we were already part of the Honda family as soon as we walked in. It was more than a car buying experience. We will definitely recommend James to anyone looking for a new or used car.

What a team! There isn't any other service place that is better. The team all make you feel they Truly care about both car and owner. Adam served me this time and he did an excellent job , as usual. I enjoy going to Brantford Honda service department.

My Mom needed a newer car immediately, so we went and visited Brad. He took care of my moms needs and made her feel comfortable all the way through the process; he is very dedicated to his customers and he came in after he shift was done for the day to make sure my mom got her car ok and that everything was good. A big thank you to Brad and Krista for helping my mom drive away in something more comfortable and safer. 2 thumbs up!!
