Brantford honda sold me a car with tires that were pretty much bald. Just watch these guys! They will pull the whool over your eyes if they can ! Also, don't take the extra insurance coverage it doesn't cover anything they're just trying to sell you bullshit

Sales team ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Service team … I had a great experience working with Aaron, my car sales representative, and Stephanie, the financial advisor at Branford Honda. Aaron was knowledgeable, friendly, and made the entire car-buying process smooth and stress-free. He took the time to answer all my questions and really made me feel confident in my decision. Stephanie was equally fantastic—she walked me through all the financial options and ensured I fully understood the details of my purchase. Her professionalism and patience were much appreciated. However, my experience with the service team has been extremely disappointing. I’ve had multiple issues trying to get in touch with them, and the lack of communication has been frustrating. After my initial visit, I left in tears due to the poor handling of my concerns and the complete lack of support. Despite my efforts to reach out, I’ve had no response, which has left me feeling completely neglected as a customer. This has been a truly upsetting experience that I hope the dealership will address. While I can recommend Aaron and Stephanie without hesitation, the service team has unfortunately left me with a very negative impression of the dealership overall.

My experience in selling my car to Brantford Honda was handled with the utmost professionalism, fairness, and efficiency ... all thanks to William Ngo (Will). Will expertly answered my questions, and he demonstrated respect, agility and flexibility in arranging for the vehicle transfer. Overall, it was the most disappointing customer service experience we have ever encountered. Krista's conduct significantly contributed to this negative experience; she exhibited rudeness, a short temper, condescension, and an inability to engage in a constructive dialogue. When I raised my concerns regarding her manner, Chris, the sales manager, responded by asking, "Well, how did you speak to her?" This reaction made it evident that this dealership was not the right fit for my vehicle purchase, prompting me to request the return of our deposit. When I went to pick up my deposit, I had yet another unpleasant experience. After receiving the deposit, I mentioned that I would never return to this dealership again. I then excited the dealership and got into my car and was startled to see a female staff member—later identified as Nicole, a sales manager—running towards my vehicle as I was driving out of the parking lot, she was shouting and gesturing at me. Her unexpected behavior created a sense of unease, leaving me questioning whether her actions were intended to intimidate me, which further highlighted the unprofessional atmosphere I had experienced during my visit. We have since had the opportunity to work with another car dealership, which confirms that walking away from Brantford Honda was definitely the right decision.

Disgusting sales rep. Vali is one of the most rude and condescending people I have ever dealt with. After suggesting a lower price on a used vehicle (closer to market value)I was told I probably can’t afford it and should look at other options. Don’t book an appointment- the vehicle probably isn’t even there.

I bought my 2024 Honda Passport at the end of August 2024. Jeff Slawich was our sales associate, he was amazing! I had test driven many cars, did not know what I wanted. I even went back 3 times to make sure it was what I wanted. He was very patient and never pushy. I had a great experience here! I would highly recommend buying from Honda Brantford. It was such a good experience I told my parents and they ended up purchasing a brand new Honda CRV from Jeff a week later. Super friendly and knowledgeable group! I am still very happy with my purchase :)
