Just a wonderful team at this location. Always prompt upon arrival, and my vehicle is ready to go in a timely manner. Nice big waiting area, multiple TVs to pass the time, and a fresh cuppa while you wait.

Traded my civic for a used Volkswagen and I begged this dealership to do a full check to ensure the engine is running properly. Now I’m stuck with a 2018 vehicle that costs over $40k and the best part the vehicle was in 3 accidents and they did not tell me. All they mentioned was how much the previous driver loved the car. I went to another dealership and they told me right off the bat they told me my vehicle is barely worth $10k. I’m disgusted by the lack of integrity that everyone at this dealership portrayed when they sold me this vehicle. Never going back here again because I can’t trust a word out of any of their mouths liars, cheats and scammers you all are.

Honda is known for its customer service which I never had any doubt but on my last car service on the 13th September, my experience was nothing less than excellence delight. Honda branford has a very professional team be it in sales or in service. On my arrival at Honda branford for my service appointment I was greeted by my service executive Mr Niali Richardson I was actually surprised and delighted to see that he exactly had all the specifications and requirements which I had discussed while making my service appointment for my Kia seltos 2024 model. I'm very happy with my car service. My overall experience at Brantford Honda was over the top. My service representative Nailie Richardson was very professional, in-depth knowledge of his work and friendly person. He made me very comfortable and answered any questions I had regarding my car servicing. I will surely recommend branford Honda service center if anybody is looking for good and genuine servicing of their vehicle.

Test drove, talked numbers, unfortunately we didn't settle on a price so I decided to sleep on it. The next day I called the sales person and told him I wanted to move ahead with the purchase, when could I meet and sign? He was very accommodating and agreed to meet me any time that night so I immediately left work and started driving to Brantford. An hour into my drive and LESS THAN ONE HOUR away from signing papers to purchase the vehicle the sales person called me and told me that someone else had put a deposit down. I was never given the opportunity to put a deposit down and I find it hard to believe a vehicle that had been sitting on a lot for a month would sell minutes before I signed for it unless the later was used as leverage for the sale. Brantford Honda has no respect for their customers and I will not make the mistake of trusting them ever again. (2 stars instead of 1 only because I really did like the salesperson I was working with. He came in off shift to meet with me and he kept me updated as promised with the car that was sold out from under me - regarding the new buyers financing being approved so I could accept that it was really gone.)

You lied, demanded, and stole $1,000 from my friend. I had to help her out and pay her rent, and, mine! She couldn't afford it after you did that, for that month. No thanks to you! It would be really honorable if you would give her the money back. she did not buy a car from you.
