My husband and I came here last October and bought a new car. Brandie was our sales woman. She is so kind and so helpful. She really did her best to explain everything, and help us the best she could. We’ve since come back a few times for maintenance. I come say hello to her, and also ask her any questions I have when I’m here. She’s always extremely helpful when I come, does everything she can to get all the info needed to answer my questions, and as quickly as possible. I very much appreciate her and everything she has done for us. I love talking to her, and feel very comfortable asking her anything. I know I’ll always get the info I need. I highly recommend Brandie to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle!!

Jeff Slawich made buying my first dealership car great. I always had Facebook marketplace specials and was a little hesitant about a dealership worrying they would be pushy for the sale. But Jeff was great and helped get me into a car that I love in my price range! Highly recommend working with Jeff and Stephanie to get your new car!!

Recently purchased a 2025 CRV and had an amazing experience with the salesperson, Hayden. Hayden made us feel comfortable immediately and was never pushy. We also appreciated that Danielle in the finance dept was so thorough when going over all the options etc. Overall there is an amazing team here at Honda Brantford and we will be coming here for years to come!

Can you do less than one star? I test drove a car on Saturday, they reached out Monday morning and spent the entire day going back and forth with me about payments and other details. The last I heard, they were working out a trade in deal, and suddenly the car was sold. They didn’t even have the decency to tell me that there was other interest or I would have reserved it. Brantford Honda will never get my business, and I hope everyone that is currently looking for a new car goes elsewhere. Zero stars, do not recommend.
