Brantford Honda has been an incredible dealership to work with. A few of my friends and family have gone through Brantford Honda to purchase their vehicles, which led me to go and visit. My sales rep Hayden Taylor was fantastic to work with. He is incredibly patient, honest, and knowledgeable. He had answers to all my questions and was patient with me while I navigated my first new car purchase. He was never pushy and made my whole experience seamless. Pauline also made everything so clear and understandable for me while we discussed financing. My experience with Brantford Honda has given me trust and confidence with all things involving my vehicle. I will absolutely recommend Brantford Honda to anyone in my life looking to purchase a vehicle, and I will continue to bring my business back to them in the future.

A year ago, I left this dealership 5 stars, after my experience today, I have deleted that! Absolutely poor customer service. I had an appointment and literally waited at the service door for over 20 mins, with just one car inside. While employees chatted and went in and out and saw me waiting. When I went in to enquire, I was told to go back inside my car and wait. No ‘we appreciate your patience, have a seat… nothing. I immediately cancelled my appointment and the service advisor didn’t care. Back to Cambridge Honda I go, where your business is appreciated.

We came from kitchener and we already booked an appointment for test drive and when we came in there was nothing available for us they have none of the car of our choice that we called and ask for.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! Terrible customer service. I would give zero stars if I could. They sold me a damaged vehicle with an after market windshield, and back door wouldn’t open from the inside. None of this was disclosed before purchasing. Kristy Picula me zero paperwork after purchase. When I received it, the paperwork had many errors. She lied about what coverages I had to buy and was arrogant at about their errors. Unprofessional, rude, and deceitful. They overcharge compared to other dealerships. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!

Excellent experience at Brantford Honda! I just bought a 2020 Honda Civic here with insanely low kms for an insanely great price! Jeff Slawich was a great sales rep - he was friendly, transparent and helpful, and it's obvious that he - as well as the other staff at Brantford Honda - care about their customers! Would definitely recommend Brantford Honda to anyone looking for a vehicle :)

I really enjoyed working with William at Brantford Honda. I do work in automobile industry, and i was pleasantly surprised about how William, was not like a robot, he cared, listened, did his due deligence, he was very fast, everything was ready before hand, so as soon as i got in we were talking business. Last but not least both William and the used car sales manager were fair and ill give them 5 star.
