My experience at Brantford Honda today was absolutely excellent. I had the pleasure of meeting with Jeff Slawich to look at a used car. He was the best salesperson I have ever worked with. I was able to take the car for a test drive, just my sister and I, while he finished up with another customer. This made me feel totally relaxed and welcomed right away. He was extremely friendly, took his time, and did everything he could to make sure I was getting a deal I could afford, and also made sure I could get a fair price for my trade-in. Krista, the business manager was also very kind, took her time to explain everything and make the sometimes stressful situation of discussing finances much easier. I would be extremely excited to get the chance to work with Jeff at Brantford Honda again in the future. And if you’re looking for a new or used car, and/or looking to sell your car, I highly recommend coming here, even if you have to take a bit of a drive. They exceeded my expectations in every way, every member of the staff that we encountered was awesome.

We just bought a car at the brantford honda and got Aaron, it’s usually so stressful trying to buy a car but having Aaron he made us feel like we were at home. He connected with us and made us laugh which made the whole experience 20 times better! He was very patient and listened to what we needed and wanted in a car and helped us find what we needed! We love you Double AA Ron! ✨✨✨✨✨

Double A-Ron was fabulous to work with, great attention to detail throughout the whole process, excellent customer service & sales skills. I believe he deserves to be employee of the month every month. His patience & interpersonal skills are immaculate! If I could give more than 5 stars I would! My overall experience at Brantford Honda was over the top. My Salesperson Aaron Alonzo was incredible. Very professional, answered any questions I may had, very knowledgeable and overall made my car shopping experience a joy. My finance manager Stephanie Bailey was incredible. She helped me and my husband in every way possible, was very polite and professional, and helped us with the purchase of our new car. I highly recommend Brantford Honda when shopping for your next vehicle 🚗

My wife & I are thrilled with the vehicle we received from Brantford Honda. Our sales experience with Logan was brief but great. As soon as the deposit was sent however, communication collapsed on the end of the dealership. Appointments were set up with almost zero information indicating what was needed. Warranty refund has been a communication nightmare with responses taking weeks after multiple follow ups. Pretty disappointed overall with the experience.
