I went car shopping, and I had a list of four dealers I wanted to visit that day. This dealer had the lowest rating of them all (though a respectable 4.2). I walked in and dealt with Aaron the sales rep. He was friendly, polite, nice. For the test drive, he came with me (which was fine - some dealers send you on your own). It was actually a used Corolla (obviously not a Honda). Before the test drive, he pointed out the dings in the cars - which was honest. He knew more than I thought about the car (it's a Toyota at a Honda dealership), but not everything - which I didn't expect. I went away, thought about it and came back and decided I wanted to buy that car. There was a little negotiation over the price - I didn't expect much, but it was fair and I felt, reasonable. After agreeing on the price, I met with the finance manager who did the obligatory upsell on an extra warranty. But I declined, and he wasn't pushy about it at all - he respected my decision. Start to finish, maybe 20-30 minutes to buy the car. Came back a few days later to pick it up. Car was nicely detailed, and after 20 minutes for cheque handover, I drove away. Would've been nice to have two keys, but they said only one came to them with the car. All in all, it was a stress-free experience start to finish. There were no 'tricks' like "the sales manager isn't sure you're serious, can I have a credit card to show him you are", or "can you sign here to show that if I get the price you won't, you'll accept it" (yes, I've had those happen). Very above board.

Even though my wife didn’t end up buying a used car from here ( just because of what we were looking for popped up at another shop) Ryan was extremely helpful in the process! Very patient and a pleasure to deal with. We will definitely be coming to talk to him for our next vehicle.

There are certain characteristics you look forward to in a car salesperson. Car ownership is a big deal. You want the typical confident, active listener, good customer relationship management and excellent communication skills. Hayden Taylor-Broadley possesses all these traits mentioned and more. Like strong vehicle insight, Hayden was able to setup my phone and answer my questions which is essential. Hands free means safety first. Hayden is a studious worker, a go getter and I saw that in his interactions with all his clients. Hayden cares about the customer journey, that’s why I wrote this review to make people aware of a good salesperson. I wanted that personal best experience reciprocated. I have had the worst experience. I picked up a 2021 dodge charger they had on their lot. They sold me a car that should not have passed safety. The rear brakes wear metal on metal. I heard a sqeak. I took the car to my mechanic. He said I need new brakes and rotors, to call the dealership back. So I called and texted my sales associate with my concerns sending the picture in. I talked to the service department manager. And booked my car in a couple of days later. I was under the impression from what we had discussed that both the brakes and rotors were getting replaced. I drove over an hour to take the car back. They told me exactly that I needed brakes and rotors. And because they don't have the parts in stock they have to order them I waited a week with calling in 3 times to find out if the parts had come. It took a week to get hold of somebody and they scheduled me in a week later. So now I'm at 3-4 weeks of having this issue. Now Finally get there and all they changed was my brakes and not rotors. Leaving me with grinded down rotors. So result it was never fixed properly. They had the audacity to tell me that my car will always sound like that with the squeaking when I break. That there was no real fix to that because of the type of car it is. I ended up just taking the car back to my mechanic, knowing he would get the job done right. Now, I have to pay out of pocket for something that should have been done when purchasing the vehicle.
