This Honda dealer ship deserves all the praise in the world, I went into the service department on the morning of Nov 22nd, I was there before 8am waiting outside and a service advisor opened the door to let me in out of the cold, I was told there was coffee and a relaxing place to wait until they set up for the day. Todd Detheridge was the Advisor who looked after me. I was told by costco my tire was finished, when Honda looked at it and fixed it I knew the professionals should have been my go to place. My tire was off my car when I took it in, Todd said to me they would put it back on my vehicle. Not only they did that, they put my spare back in it's place and also put my vehicle through the car wash. That is first class service. I am from out of town and anytime I am in Brantford This Honda dealer ship will Definitely get my business. A Big thank you to all the service staff at Brantford Honda. William Price

My sales rep Hayden was easy to work with. He has a friendly approach and is very knowledgeable. The negotiation of my 2024 Civic was fair and Hayden presented me several options. I intend to work with Hayden in the future.

I was in for service last week and had the best service I have had in a long time anywhere! Todd and Taylor were amazing! Todd was super helpful upon arriving and made sure everything was in order! Taylor was so informative and friendly making me feel comfortable with any questions I had, she explained everything without ever making me feel awkward for not knowing, she gave her knowledge which I truly appreciated. (I am not car savvy) Overall great experience!

Went to Brantford Honda to inquire on leasing a new vehicle. From the time we got there until the moment we left with our new vehicle we got incredible service from Vali. He took the time to ensure every aspect of the car buying experience was a good one. He listened to exactly what we were looking for in a vehicle and made sure that is what we got. I would recommend anyone buying a Honda to go and see Vali at Brantford Honda. Professional and honest customer service.

I went in to look at a truck I was interested in buying. Vali Nunes was next up so he met me by reception. We shook hands and provided answers to my questions and had me on a test drive. As any good or nervous husband, I told him that I would bring my wife back to check things out. He was very nice about everything. No aggressive attitude or “what can we do to close this deal today?” He kept things friendly. I visited twice more with my wife and kids and I never got a sense that I was wasting his time. He always seemed to have my interest when negotiations moved into the managers office. If you’re ever nervous about buying a car, look for him. As an immigrant kid, I saw my parents get taken advantage of many times growing up… Vali won’t be that guy. 100% recommend him.
