Came in for warranty work on a chrome piece on the back of my traverse. They replaced the piece but did not wash the vehicle prior to replacing the piece. They cleaned around the part that needed to be replaced. This is doing the minimal amount. This was warranty work so no excuses for not doing proper work. My experience with my past dealership was everyone I would go for service my car was vaccumed and washed. I was surprised that I don't get this service at this dealership.

Winter checkup revealed block heater not working. Replaced as they had one in stock. Did all necessary work, with my approval. Rennie is the best service adviser.

Brakes were recalled and replaced. Dealership was clean and free coffee was very good. Shuttle driver was good. Service was very good.

recalls on chevy silverado

there were two recall on vehicle. One to modify the exhaust of the seat belt tensioners. This was done, and everything is good. The second is a reprogramming required on the brake system. This was not done, still some issues to be sorted out before programming can be done.

I had a minor accident in 2017 and didn't put a claim in until 2019. Neither my wife nor I are able to drive any more so we put the car up for sale and wanted it fixed before we did. We were very pleased with the results - the car looked liked new when it sold.
