My issue is that the truck needs body work. I’m without a truck right now bc the bodyshop can’t get it in and they won’t give me a rental. I’ve purchased lots of vehicles from Murray’s over the years and have referred a ton of people. I get policies and all that but this to me isn’t right for a customer who has been loyal to Murray’s for as long as I have. They can’t even tell me when it will get in. When I call they actually seem like I’m bugging them...

Noise was finally identified and fixed

Had brought my vehicle in last spring and noise was not found. Spoke to salesman ( John Puchniak) who heard noise and recommend another service advisor. Noise was fixed under extended warranty. Very happy with what results
