After approximately a year and 6 service appointments my backup camera is still not working properly. At times the screen goes blue when put the in reverse with a warning to service the camera. At this point no one can tell me what the problem is or when the problem can be rectified. GM’s response this far has been to try and ignore me and put up road blocks. I have never felt my issue is being treated seriously or that there has been any zealous attempt to fix it.

I got the letter from GM for the recall of other Chvey Impala, but they didn't mention anything about the due date for the service, so I didn't recognize that the recall service had due date. So, I couldn't get the recall service, but they always bothering me calling to ask the service that I have to pay. They focus only for the service that we have to pay, but not for the recall service or something like that.
