The service department over charged me twice and the manager said they would correct the oversight but did not provide the refund. Instead she was rude and thought I would be too naive to look closely at my invoice and just added the additional labour charge (to fix their own mistake... Installed the wrong tires on my vehicle) further down under a different area. Both incidents were back to back and she tried to make me feel bad by saying people make mistakes. Yes, of course they do... But twice in a row and then didn't even have the decency to apologize or fix the mistake without charging me an extra hour and a half of labour. The worst experience I have ever had with any service department. I was told after fighting with them that I would receive the refund for the money they owe me in the mail and get a follow up call from the manager. I have gotten neither.

I had my car in for a tire change and oil change. I was told I should have the brake lines and the power steering flushed and cleaned. The car only has 35000km so I declined. I was not able to find in the service manual to do this at only 3500km. I was also told I needed rear axel seals as they were leaking and the transmission as well as the oil pans were leaking and would need to be changed under warranty. I made an appointment for the next week. I left the car and they called to tell me they could not find a problem even though it was indicated on the previous work Order. I was not happy I had to waste have a day of work bringing it in for nothing.

Alway's good service brought my rubicon there for some warranty work and a mysterious transmission issue it was there for 2 and a half month's but absolutely everything is fixed and there was no fight about warranty. I would of gave it a 5 but it did take a long time even tho they gave me a vehicle until mine was fixed. (Not necessarily their fault either) Definitely a return customer and I'll strongly consider buying my next rubicon from them.

However I have a question with regard to customers waiting for their vehicle or using the shuttle service. I took the shuttle service because I looked in the waiting room where there was 4 people and noticed that there was no social distancing in the waiting room (with Covid). Please advise whether you service the vehicles first for the customers who are waiting for their vehicle ahead of the customers who take the shuttle service. My appointment was at 8:15 a.m. on Nov. 2/20 and I received a telephone call at 1:50 p.m. to advise what was wrong with the vehicle. I believe that the vehicles should be serviced in the order of the appointment and it shouldn't make a difference whether the customer is waiting for the vehicle or not.
