I would highly recommend going to see Hass at Empire Auto East. We are currently in bankruptcy and he was able to get us an amazing deal. He was also able to get our vehicle early. We have both been amazed by the service and professionalism. Richard and Tammy Smith

Well I was in need of a new vehicle to go back and forth to work. I had no expectations of being approved or getting anything really newer than what I had. Hass helped me out in a big way by going above and beyond to get me approved and find a vehicle for me all in one day. If it wasn't for him and everything that he did for me, I wouldn't be getting a Chevy Cruze at a reasonable price. Thank you so much Hass. Not only have you made me happy, but you made my wife happy with the new car that we are getting.

was promised 4 oil changes after purchase of my vehicle. I contacted empire auto on July 2 about booking appointment. I was dealing with Kareem and he said we contact his mechanic. After a week went by I contacted him again and he said his mechanic was busy for the week. I said ok and another week goes by and I ask if i can get in then. Kareem then continues to ignore my texts until I call the business to talk to someone else who said a mechanic will call me back that day to set up an appointment. That was on friday and still havent heard anything. This place is great when first purchasing a vehicle but once its sold they could care less about anything wrong with the car or any issues you have. Its embarrassing that a company can have this level of customer service...? It shouldnt take 17 days and counting to book an appointment
