Good service, Task completed within expected delay. Small zone for shuttle, had to wait several hours in location or rent a car to go back home.

After a less than positive experience at another dealership it was a pleasure experiencing Jackson's Toyota sales service. Eric was very polite, professional as you would expect in any sales experience, but what stood out was his customer-oriented focus on getting me a deal that was good for me, not just the dealership. Over the course of several days he worked at it and his pleasant determination secured the deal. It was clear to me that sales through great customer service is at the forefront of Jackson's Toyota. Well done!

I enjoy my experience here and I am enjoying my new car. Aidan Dube made me feel right at home and was very informative and answered all my questions .Michelle Haye was very professional-she knows her stuff. I especially enjoyed the car celebration from the staff who were very courteous and a spin at the wheel. Thank-you all.

When I needed extra work done without making two trips as I live an hour away, it was arranged. I was called to go over what was done and one thing was missed so it was done before I picked up!

TIRE CHANGE OVER AND STORAGE IS NOW VERY EXPENSIVE. STORAGE IN PARTICULAR IS TOO EXPENSIVE AT ALMOST $100. I WILL RECONSIDER STORING AT NEXT CHANGE OVER IN THE FALL.
