Long but worthwhile day

I attended, with my dogs, for what was to be a brief service appointment. It was found I had only 2mm front and 3 mm rear left in my brakes so they strongly urged I get them replaced in the spot. Two hours later I have a safe vehicle. Unfortunately there are no rental, loaners or shuttles so I was stuck from 1-5, in the waiting room, other than numerous dog walks. Staff and customers were very kind and attentive to the dogs and I.

Knowledgeable, friendly staff that went out of their way to help us and explain things to us. Easy process and we were able to get our vehicle when we needed it. The pick up process was quick, easy and very thorough. We were shown all aspects of the vehicle down to every detail. Wonderful experience!

I sat almost TWO hours at an 11a.m. appointment for a 20 minute service 1 on my 2-yr old truck! No one spoke to me at all, & when I asked, I was told they'd bring mine in and do it ahead of others! What??? What's the point of an appointment at all!!! My time is very valuable too! Fix this or I'll find a dealership who will be more respectful!

From the booking of the service to when your vehicle is ready for pickup. The staff is excellent at keeping you updated either by phone or text. They completely keep you updated right up until you are able to pick it up.
