Every Brantford Honda employee who assisted me was so helpful. professional and more than that, they were friendly and understanding of my particular situation.

This was my second experience with Branrford Honda. I personally feel you can not get it better than Brantford Honda. Danielle Elder is not only a knowledgeable sales person, she is also an empathetic and lovely person. She doesn't want to sell you a car, she wants to match you up with the best car for you.

I was pleased how fast the service department replaced my recalled airbag. It only took half an hour , including the car wash, which I appreciate.

Service Advisor Excellence

Adam McKinnon is an excellent Service Advisor. He takes the time both before and after service to explain what needs to be done and then how it was done. He provides a surprise" free estimate and final total. Adam takes the time to make the customer feel special and more than just a customer but a friend. He walked me to my vehicle afterwards which is a nice touch. Thank you Adam for a wonderful service experience.

Our purchase of a new Honda was handled by Danielle with the utmost of respect and professionalism. Though we intended to buy a used vehicle, Danielle spelled out the pros and cons of both the used and new options so we could make an informed decision. There was no hint of pressure. Instead, she was attentive, well-informed, patient, and open to questions, with a clear passion for the vehicles she sells. She did a wonderful job in every regard and we can't recommend her highly enough!

Danielle did an excellent job of ensuring that the car buying experience was throughly explained and not rushed while still showing she valued my time and wanted the process to be as efficient as possible! When it came time to get the deal done she worked hard to ensure I was getting the vehicle I wanted and a price point I was more than happy with. I would definitely recommend a trip to visit Danielle to anyone looking for a top notch car buying experience
