I have complete satisfaction buying the car from Brantford Honda. Danielle is a great person, was calm and friendly throughout the process. I was completely satisfied the way she handled when I came on the second day of purchase, regarding a minor issue.I would whole-heartedly recommend my friends as well

Danielle is very quick to learn what her customer is looking for, then she matches those needs/wants to a vehicle on her lot. In my experience with buying my CRV, the vehicle I purchased was the first car she put me in. I did drive one other car but went right back to the first one she suggested for me. Danielle knows her products and is excellent at finding out what her customer is looking for.

After purchasing prob ably over 15 new cars during our lifetime, my husband stated that our experience with Brqantford Honda James Rijneveld was the most professional experience with car purchase we have ever had. Extremely pleasant, professional, not at all gimmicky, no slippery sales tactics here! What a treat to buy a new Ridgeline under these circumstances. 10 out of 10!

My experience with the used car sales department was great from start to finish. They were very busy and still managed to address everyones needs in a timely manner. However, picking up the "new" car was different all together. The financial rep made an appointment for me to pick up the car and when i arrived she had already gone home. The front desk girl had no idea what to do and suggested that i just wait until someone was ready. I decided to leave and left my number and was contacted over an hour later. My sales person made another appointment for me to pick up the car and everything ran smoothly and i was in and out in 20 min!!
