Protective plastic cover under car left unsecured.

Recall work for block heater cord replacement done. When I inspected underneath I found the spring metal fasner not secure into the cars frame. Took me 5 minutes to resolve while changing the oil. The cord within the engine compartment was NOT clipped into the body where fasners were provided. I resolved this on my own.

vehicle service and front brake check. the front brakes needed to be replaced, as well as the rotors. service provided was quick enough and the people were good, but, I feel that the parts were overpriced and I was not very satisfied with that. The labour cost was very reasonable.
