Best experience I've had with sales

Our sales man was too busy to talk to us. We made an appointment to see him and his assistant was sent to deal with us. We were his assistants first solo deal and MANY mistakes were made. We were treated very poorly.

Just an oil change.

I went in to get an oil change for my chevy and although the service was not bad, they seemed to have "missed" upon inspecting my car, a 2 inch nail sticking out of my rear tire. To say the least I wasn't impressed when the sales gentleman tried to sell me a 200$ tire when I went in for a free oil change. I left and don't plan on returning for any more services. Thank you.

There was a mix up on locating tires which made a half day appt into an overnight appt.. The car was brought in at 8:30 am. There was a special on wipers so new wipers were also asked for. Those were not put on.

The tires weren't brought over from storage so by the time they were located and transported it was too late to install. New wipers were requested but not installed. Didn't notice until I got the vehicle back home the following day so didn't bother going back.

Last Oil Change

I was surprised when advised I was eligible for free oil change due to my regular visits for this purpose. Work was done quickly and staff were very friendly.

My visits for servicing always take longer than expected. No extra work was necessary. The rims for my winter tires were ordered ahead of time.
