Although I am not happy at all about GMC/Chev 4 free oil changes up to 40 000 klms I have been getting my oil changed at 50% just to get the 4 free changes in before I reach 40 000 klms. this makes 0 sense. Also I was offered a 50 point inspection for 10 dollars on top of the price of a oil change. Well for me again this makes 0 sense as I am having trouble using my 4 free oil changes (which I probably paid for when I purchased my vehicle anyway). So I opted out of the inspection. when I purchased my vehicle new just over a year ago I was told I get 4 free oil changes I should be able to use them when ever I want not up to 40 000 klms. Then maybe I would have taken advantage of the promotion for a oil change plus 10 dollars for a 50 point inspection. Everything has been great up to this point but this leaves a sour taste in my mouth. I know this is not Murray's fault but you represent GMC/Chev and I think this makes them look bad. -Brock Gibson

Brock , I do apologize that Gm's promotion only give you 2 years to use all 4 oil changes or 40,000 klms. They have taken customer feed back like yours and at least extended the mileage to be up to 48,000 klms for the 2016 model year. However they still are valid for only 2 years from purchase . I took my 2 cars in to get winterized and winter tires put on. The Service Advisor I had was outstanding. The fact Murray would store my summer tires for free was also a bonus and its why I also took my Hyundai into Murray Chev.

I had my winter tires put on and a nail hole in one of my all season tires repaired. It was done efficiently and in a good amount of time. Murray Chevrolet is going to store my tires over the winter which is great for me this year as I just moved and the shed where I would normally store them is full of other boxes. I actually enjoy my experience at your service centre every time I go and I recommended your service centre to my partner where he is right now having his brakes looked at and an oil change. Thank you for your respectful and friendly service. I don't think I'd ever want to buy a car anywhere else.

winter tire swap - Their prices are a bit higher but the service is really strong. Love the shuttle service though. You can get a ride anytime and a ride back to the dealership anytime.
