I dropped my car off for service and Chris didn't say anything about coming in the next morning. I expected a call to let me know when it was or would be ready. The next day I called my salesman because he's been great and he said service was expecting me in the morning. I hot a call from Genevieve literally the second I was driving up after work that second day saying my car was ready. Meanwhile I had to pay for 2 days of insurance on the rental when it could've been one if chris had told me to just come the next morning. Wasn't impressed.

Work done is always good. however apparently the car was good to go yet it was half an hour later before we were informed. Other than that service is always friendly.
