I have been having issues with my radio and gps periodically in my wrangler. It is still under warranty so I naturally took it in to get fixed. My first visit to them the service manager comes out to take a look at the screen after I showed him a picture of what is happening. The gps wasn't having the problem which happens to it from time to time. So the manager says to me Well it's working now and shrugs it off. I was a little upset that they weren't even going to look into it so I said ok and left. 10 min down the road surprise when I click my gps the screen is back. I take it in the next day which a different manager was working who was amazing and booked me in to get it looked at and eventually replace my radio (5 stars to him) but sadly it didn't last long and my problems came back after a couple of months. I bring my Jeep back in to book an appointment for the same issue plus one other radio related issue. The guy I talked to talked to a couple other people then I get brushed off and told to call GPS company (my car is under warranty) needless to say I will be going to another dealership to get my issue fixed and will never return Finch's for any service.

Buying a car at Finch Chrysler is a very pleasant and fun experience. The staff are accommodating and courteous as they take the time to accurately identify customer needs, thus making efficient and productive use of time spent at the dealership. The service is professional and price is always presented with transparency to assure that you're getting the best deal possible!!! To boot, there are usually treats and other distractions for little ones so that no family member is left behind! Thank you Finch Chrysler!!

Charged me $315 for a repair which was not done properly and left me stranded 200km from home! They even wanted to charge me a second time to make the same repair!

Thanks again Josh for your help in upgrading my old Journey for a new one. I was due for a trade-up and you made the process effortless and enjoyable. I was in and out of the dealership with some new wheels in no time. I also got a great trade-in value for my old car with zero percent financing on the new one. It was a win win all around. I highly recommend anyone looking for some honest advice with a low pressure attitude to deal with Josh!

great customer service and great staff ... always a winning combination that makes customers want to come back ... thanks John Murdoch for taking care the concerns I had with my jeep and to the service department on the quick and professional service when I was in for an oil change - I will definitely be back and will be sure to recommend to friends

Service was deplorable. I had my vehicle in about 6 times in 8 weeks to have warranty work completed, and it was NEVER completed right the first time. The person overseeing the service department consistently gave attitude, frequently looked to shift blame and made the most rudimentary tasks/repairs seem overly complicated. Even after talking to the dealership operations manager & also the principal, nothing changed. There is no way I'm ever going back for sales or service.
