Took my Dodge Journey in as the read overflow blew a hole in it. They did replace the jug but didn't look into why this happened so 5 minutes after we left the dealership the truck overheated. Upon talking to the service manager was told they don't fix anything other than what the customer requests and they don't look into or ask why there are engine warning lights on. It is up to the customer to make a full diagnosis of the issues with the vehicles now. The service manager was very rude and did not even offer an apology or a thank you when we left. Guaranteed we will never do any sort of business with this dealership again.

I was in today looking for a jeep wrangler. I wandered the lot for 20 minutes without anyone saying hello or offering to help. I drove down the street to South West Chrysler and was greeted within 2 minutes of arriving.

I am writing this review because I have now been a Jeep owner (2nd Compass) for 10 years, both bought at this dealership. Most importantly the same gentleman has taken care of overseeing the servicing of my vehicles this whole time. John Reid. When I went in most recently to pick up my Jeep after some pretty major maintenance the employee who took my payment said you don't look very upset. I said no, and that was because John had walked me through each step of what was needed on the Jeep, and i understood the process and the fees. Thank you for your service John!

From start to finish my experience with Finch Chrysler was second to none! Craig Harwood was helpful and courteous when helping me and my family pick out a 2015 Town and Country. We are ecstatic with the vehicle and would definitely recommend Craig (along with the rest of the Chrysler team) to anyone looking to buy!
