Bought a brand new 2015 Dodge Grand Caravan in Jan 2016 and as soon as I drive off the lot the tire pressure sensor came on and the van was pulling. The service manager agreed with me there was a pull and I was told when they gave it back they adjusted the wheels. Still pulled. After taking it back the service manager told me he thought it was normal pull but informed me after I questioned it, that they did nothing to fix it the last time. So how does a pull just disappear without any work being performed? Also my sliding door isn't shutting properly, was told that they adjusted the striker however the door was connecting and leaving marks on the frame. After emailing a complaint they booked me in for an alignment and to look at the door. They had my van for three hours and only washed it. No joke. The manager admitted they did nothing they said they were going to and booked me in again. Now my alignment is fine the marks are cleaned up but, my door still does not shut properly and is now chipping at the paint in the door where the striker is hitting it. I've brought my van in 7 times since January when I bought it and I feel like they don't care and aren't really listening to me or looking into my complaints. Not impressed with the service manager or department.

Justin was great throughout the entire process! I had just been to another dealership and was screwed around when I did not have a male present. Regardless of a male being present or not, Justin treated me the same both times I was into Finch. He answered all of my questions and helped me get the best deal possible! I love my new cherokee!

We always have a wonderful experience at this dealership. Service is quick and friendly and the staff is warm and welcoming. Wayne sold us our Jeep a year ago and always makes a point to greet us when we are bringing our Jeep for service. Reasonable prices. Love it here!
