Josh was very helpful in getting us into the right vehicle to suit our needs. He took the time to get to know us, ran around finding answers to our questions, and got us the best deal he was able to on our preferred vehicle.

I bought a new chrysler 200 and Matt was awesome. It was the best dealer experience I have ever had. John in service is also fantastic. I would refer anyone to finch Chrysler.

No communication in the service department. 2 times I have used the shop for repairs and both times they wasted hours of my time because they didn't know what they were supposed to do. Not only did they not fix the problem I brought the vehicle in for but they also performed and charged me for a service that I didnt need and that didnt address the issue that I brought it in for.Either because they didn't listen or were too proud (stupid) to ask someone who might have listened. Wayne and Fred eventually rectified the issue but I still would never recommend this dealership for any repairs.
