From start to finish my experience with Finch Chrysler was second to none! Craig Harwood was helpful and courteous when helping me and my family pick out a 2015 Town and Country. We are ecstatic with the vehicle and would definitely recommend Craig (along with the rest of the Chrysler team) to anyone looking to buy!

Being from out of town, when my 2014 truck had an issue that would prevent me from returning home, the service manager's response was to quickly blame aftermarket equipment and refuse to troubleshoot unless I went to significant expense and trouble to remove it. He stated to my face that were I one of HIS customers they would take care of me. Interestingly, Oxford Chrysler was both willing and able to repair the vehicle at no cost to me as it was found to be a defect in the vehicle's NOX sensor connector. This is my first negative review, and sadly this incident cost me 3 days of my vacation; beware of this service department, or it may cost you more.

John is an excellent service rep. He explains everything well and keeps me updated. A couple years ago I moved to the far north end of town. I drive past several other dealerships and services centers on my way to Finch so that I can deal with John.

Just bought my first new vehicle in a while and Craig was the absolute best to deal with. I know my hubby was not the easiest to deal with. Lol. Would definately reccommend them to friends and family. Thanks to Craig and Zach
